Founded the UConn UPE Video Tutorials Project, releasing about 6 hours worth of tutoring on demand content one month after the project start date to cover Computer Science & Engineering topics with an initial reach of over 900 students.

Created a karaoke guessing game in 36 hours with a web framework utilizing Express.js, Socket.io, speech to text APIs, the Spotify API, and parsing syllables from .kar karaoke files.

Worked with 5 team members to design a small scale poker-bot that allows users to visualize and simulate poker hands against multiple opponents by creating a Python interface which incorporates TensorFlow.

Involvement

Doubled member engagement and achieved a 7% increase in student performance for those who sought peer tutoring by promoting the presentation series and weekly peer tutoring sessions for a 50 member organization.
Responsible for the internal affairs and general assembly of the organization by creating an agenda for the topics to be presented on at the weekly meetings.
Selected from a pool of over 100 applicants for a year-long professional development program for high-achieving diverse talent based on leadership potential, ability to contribute to this Engineering Ambassadors cohort, and academic success in STEM.
Collaborated with fellow leaders and residents in order to stimulate community bonding by planning events for a floor of 80 residents, resulting in an 18% increase in engagement from the previous year.
